Product listings on our website are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation can't be guaranteed.

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade or natural products can vary slightly from piece to piece.
